PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear vibration wave motor that can be laid out compactly in a lens barrel without making a part, which is large in size in a pressure application direction, wide in a moving direction of a vibrator and in a direction orthogonal to the pressure application direction.SOLUTION: A linear vibration wave motor comprises a vibrator having a piezoelectric element, a pressurization part pressurizing the piezoelectric element, an electrode part provided on a surface of the vibrator, a contact part converting vibrations generated as the vibrator is applied with a voltage from the electrode part into driving power, and a flexible substrate connected to the electrode part. The vibrator is driven with the driving power of the contact part, and the flexible substrate comprises a fixed part joined with the electrode part, a wiring part extending from the fixed part in a moving direction of the vibrator, and a bent part provided connecting with the wiring part and folding back the wiring part away from the fixed direction in the pressurization direction of the pressurization part and a direction orthogonal to the moving direction, the bent part shifting in relative position in the moving direction with respect to the vibrator as the vibrator is driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
