Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a phenolic foam insulator for a pipe. The apparatus for manufacturing a phenolic foam insulator for a pipe comprises: a semicircular mold part forming a molding passage in which a phenolic resin is foamed and cured; and a foam molding material supply part including a phenolic resin as the molding passage. The apparatus can be easily installed on an outer surface of a pipe.
