PURPOSE:To prepare egg oil which is a functional food effective as a remedy for hemorrhoids by compounding a specific crude drug such as NINJIN (root of Panax ginseng) in the heat-treating process of yolk and extracting the mixture with ethanol. CONSTITUTION:The objective egg oil is prepared by adding one or more kinds of herb drug such as NINJIN, GOKAHI (bark of Periplosa sepium), KEIHI (bark of Cinnamomum cassia), REISHI (fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum), KETSUMEISHI (seed of Cassia tora), KIKKA (dried chrysanthemum flower), CHINPI (peel of Citrus unshu), KANZOU (root of Glycyrrhiza glabra), SHOUKYOU (rhizome of Zingiber officinale), OUGI (root of Astragalus huantchy), fruit of Citrus trifoliata and garlic to yolk in the heat-treatment process and extracting the mixture with ethanol. |
