The present invention aims to provide a head lining for a vehicle to add a guide to affix on a head lining surface facing a roof panel by inserting a sub-wiring and to place and affix the sub-wiring to suit the order for connecting to a part for convenient and precise use as well as precisely affix the position of mounting the sub-wiring for connecting to the part. More specifically, the present invention also aims to form the guide as one body with a lamp bracket for mounting a room lamp of the vehicle and to make it possible to insert the sub-wiring into the guide easily and conveniently without separately making or mounting the guide. In addition, the present invention aims to form an insertion groove in the shape of C on the guide, to make the sub-wiring forcibly inserted into the insertion groove for assembly or disassembly, and to make anyone assemble the parts by affixing the wiring to the guide easily and rapidly. The head lining for a vehicle of the present invention comprises: a main wiring and one or more sub-wiring on the surface facing a roof panel; and a guide for affixing the position of mounting the sub-wiring.
