PURPOSE:To reduce or cut the process of inspecting reject marks of printing boards to reduce a period of time for mounting parts to printing boards by dividing a multiple of printing boards into a number of groups and by putting to unacceptable boards marks indicating the presence or absence of defective boards. CONSTITUTION:In order to know whether or not group A contains defective boards, an inspection apparatus 5 first checks the upper right corner of A1 board. If a reject mark 7 is found there, in order to know what printing boards are unacceptable in the A group the inspection apparatus 5 checks all the reject marks in the A group and finds A4 printing board defective. Next, the same inspection is applied to the B group, and if there is no reject mark on a B1 printing board, inspection of the B group is completed, information of the inspection done so far is sent to the control apparatus of the part mounter, and parts are mounted to all the printing boards inspected so far except the A4 printing board. Or although conventionally all the printing boards are totally checked for reject mark, since no inspection is carried out on the B group that has no reject mark, the inspection work time can be reduced as much as a skipped period of time. |
