According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting diode display device includes: a substrate including a display area for displaying an image and a transmissive area around the display area; an insulating layer formed on the transmissive area of the substrate; and a pixel definition layer formed on the substrate and defining a pixel area within the display area. The pixel definition layer may cover an inner circumferential surface of the transmissive hole formed in the insulating layer.
