An information processing system includes an obtaining unit, a specifying unit, and an output unit. The obtaining unit obtains information indicating a state of the use of each of plural electrical apparatuses. The specifying unit specifies a power supply-and-receive relationship between the plural electrical apparatuses, on the basis of a change in power associated with the obtained information concerning each of the plural electrical apparatuses. The output unit outputs information indicating the power supply-and-receive relationship.

1. An information processing system comprising:
an obtaining unit configured to obtain information indicating a state of the use of each of a plurality of electrical apparatuses; a specifying unit configured to specify a power supply-and-receive relationship between the plurality of electrical apparatuses, on the basis of a change in power associated with the obtained information concerning each of the plurality of electrical apparatuses; and an output unit configured to output information indicating the power supply-and-receive relationship, wherein the specifying unit is further configured to determine, concerning a combination of electrical apparatuses having a power supply-and-receive relationship, an electrical apparatus having a larger level of power associated with the obtained information to be an electrical apparatus which supplies power, and determines an electrical apparatus having a smaller level of power associated with the obtained information to be an electrical apparatus which receives power, and wherein: the obtaining unit is configured to obtain information indicating power consumed in each of the plurality of electrical apparatuses; and the specifying unit is configured to specify a power supply-and-receive relationship between the plurality of electrical apparatuses, on the basis of power consumption indicated in the obtained information concerning each of the plurality of electrical apparatuses.
