<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the drop of insulation resistance in insulation abnormality state by providing it with a detection means, which detects the gas section where insulation abnormality has occurred, and a gas control means, which is coupled with the above gas division through a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:Insulation abnormality is detected with sensors 13a and 13b, and is taken in an abnormality monitor 16. The abnormality monitor 16 knows abnormality occurrence, and issues a command to locate the position of abnormality occurrence with a locating device 17, using the output signals of the sensors 13a and 13b, whereby the section 3b is located. Based on this location result, a valve controller 20 outputs a signal to a trip circuit 21 so that it may open a solenoid valve 8b and a solenoid valve 9. At the same time, a trouble degree diagnosis device 18 judges the degree of abnormality and the kind, and the valve controller 20 compares it with an optimum injection quantity of the insulating gas stored in data base 19 so as to decide the injection quantity, and gives shut-off commands to the solenoid valves 8b and 9, when it has reached the specified injection quantity while monitoring it with a monitor 12, so as to shut off this.</p> |
