<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise system with excellent handleability, which makes it possible to effectively perform exercises using a passive exerciser. <P>SOLUTION: A LAN 201 to which the passive exerciser 1 for making a user perform passive exercises and a display device 2 for displaying the moving image of exercise contents using the passive exerciser 1 are connected is connected through a security apparatus 3a to the Internet 202. Then, the passive exerciser 1 and the display device 2 are connected with a center server 101 and a video distribution server 102 storing the moving image of the exercise contents using the passive exerciser 1 beforehand through the LAN 201 and the Internet 202.
