<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open a lid, to prevent poor capping from occurring, and to generate a lid closing sound when the lid is closed. <P>SOLUTION: A hinged cap 1 connects a cap main body 3 and an outer lid 5 with a hinge. The cap main body 3 is equipped with a locking cylinder 9 erected on its top face 7a and an lower locking part 14 formed on the outer face of the main body 3. The inner face of a skirt 4 of the outer lid 5 is equipped with an upper locking part 9b engaging a locking cylinder 9 and a lower engaging part 19 engaging the lower locking part 14. The inner face of the skirt 4 is equipped with a thick thickness part 46a with an upper engaging part 10 and an inner face 47a of a thin thickness part with a lower engaging part 19. A contacting pressure adjusting channel 56 is provided on the lower end face of a stepped part of the thick thickness part to form a flexible ring 58, and an auxiliary pressing pressure seal projecting part 60 is provided at a part corresponding to the peripheral weakened part on the lower end face of the flexible ring 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
