The first plungers 30 on the swash plate 46 side are excited into contact with the plate 52 of a thrust bearing 48 by springs 54, and the second plungers 36 determining the discharge quantity are excited into contact with the first plungers 30 by springs 56. When a stopper pin 72 is driven to the right and the return position of the second plungers 36 is moved to the right side to control the discharge quantity, even if gaps are generated between both plungers 30, 36, the contact between the first plungers 30 and the plate 52 can be maintained.</p>
