<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items by forming an engaging protrusion on the back side of a cover body along the circumferencial direction and also an arm, which can be engaged with the engaging protrusion on the cover body, on a ring shaped flange portion of the hollow cylindrical portion. CONSTITUTION:Engaging protrusions 36, 36, 36, 36 are formed on the back side of a cover body 4 along the circumferencial direction. A longitudinal groove 10 is formed along the circumferencial direction on the inside circumferencial surface of a hollow cylindrical portion 9 of a ratchet plate 8 made of a synthetic resin such as a 6-nylon, and a minimum diameter portion 10a is formed on the top end of the longitudinal groove 10. A ring shaped flange 11, formed extending outward from the hollow cylindrical portion 9, is formed on the ratchet plate 8, and many ratchet protrusions, for engaging with claws formed along the circumferencial direction on the upper surface of the cap body, are formed on the bottom surface of the ring shaped flange 11, which is provided with arms 37, 37 that engage with the engaging protrusions 36, 36, 36, 36 on the cover body 4.</p> |
