<p>PURPOSE:To improve maintenance in each part by mounting freely openably and closably a fixing part, paper discharging part and cooling part as one unit to a body. CONSTITUTION:An open/shut unit 2A provided with fixing, paper discharging and cooling means is mounted to a body 1A. An operator removes first a cassette 14 and a tray 36, moves an original case 21 toward the left in an arrow direction, opens the open/shut unit by operating an opening latch and turning the unit in a clockwise direction around a pin 23 and makes access to the inside of the bodies 1A and 2A for maintenance. The unit is closed by a reverse procedure. The joining between a paper feed guide 18 and a fixing roller and the contact of a ventilation duct 20 with a packing for preventing leakage are surely performed. The maintenance in each part is thus improved.</p> |
