摘要 PURPOSE:To finish ordered cooking in the shortest time in each guest group without putting sequence of order for cooking into disorder by carrying out sorting in the sequence of cooking longer in time required to cook according to cooking of one unit of plural cooking in the order of same guest group and deciding food material taking-out starting time so as to make time for completing ordered all dishes equal. CONSTITUTION:Sorting is carried out in the sequence longer in a time required to cook different kind of one unit of cooking among cooking of one unit of plural cooking in the order of same guest group using master data obtained by previously setting total times (time required to cook) of a time required to take out food materials necessary for one unit of cooking and set it in cooking device and time required to cook one unit by cooking device every one unit of cooking. Food taking-out starting time is decided so as to make time for completing all cooking in the order of a same guest group equal in the range in which the food-taking-out time does not overlap each other and names of cooking and names necessary food materials are visually directed in the sequence of starting time using a directing means.
