<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of uneven wall thickness due to the inclined roll on the drilling process by storing the inclining deviated speed wave shape caused by the universal joint and controlling the rotation speed of the driving motor. CONSTITUTION:An adder 15 obtains the deviated speed epsilon by comparing the input voltage signal of each prescribed turning angle with the speed reference 6, it is stored in the signal wave shape storing device 16. The phase shift controller 31 decides the phase amount so that the epsilon is made to minimum, and stores based on the deviated speed epsilon while monitoring amplitude epsilon of the wave shape of deviated speed of roll. And the gain controller 32 decides the gain so that the epsilon is made to the minimum if the gain of the amplifier 30 is changed within a specified range, and stores it. Then, the phase shift and the amplified deviated speed wave shape are inputted to the adder 5 corresponding to the roll turning angle and reversing forward and backward. And by controlling the rotation speed of the motor 3, the irregulity of rotation of the inclined roll 1 is controlled.</p> |
