PURPOSE:To attain monitoring at mastering by using a luminescent substance stimulating a light with a wavelength different from that of a recorded light to a part onto which a recording light is irradiated. CONSTITUTION:A disc 1 consists of a base 2 and an information recording layer 3 is constituted with a mixed material between a photosensitive resin such as photo resist and a luminescent substance stimulated when the recording light is irradiated and irradiating a light such as fluorescent light. Since the disc 1 has the lumnescent substance, the luminescent substance is stimulated when a recording light is irradiated thereto and a light having a wavelength different from that of the recording light is irradiated with a delay of a real time or in a short time. Since the luminescent substance is dispersed sufficiently minutely, the luminescent region corresponds nearly to the irradiated region of the recording light. Since the luminescent light from the substance cannot transmit through a dichroic mirror 14 but is reflected, the luminescent light is irradiated on the photodetector 20. Thus, the recorded information is monitored in a real time or with a slight time delay by a monitor means 21. |
