PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for an account to improve an operating rate by transmitting and receiving a telegraphic text between an automatic account device using a card and a center while a key number to be read from a card by the automatic account device, and a key number inputted with a key are compared with each other. CONSTITUTION:A card reader 17 reads information on an account party such as his account number, key number, or the like from an inserted cash card to store the information in an RAM13'. The key number, an account field, the amount of money, etc. are inputted from a key input device 6 and are stored in an RAM13''. The key numbers in the RAMs 13' and 13'' are collated with each other to discriminate the validity, and in parallel this work, the telegraphic text concerning the account is created between the device and the center to control the transmission 21 and 22.
