PURPOSE:To obtain a soundproofing rubbery mat, by using a waste rubber left after the production of a regenerated rubber or a rubbery material mixed with fibrous material as a base, mixing the base with a latex, softener and a vulcanizing agent, and forming the mixture in a mold. CONSTITUTION:The waste rubber left after the collection of regenerated rubber from a waste rubber product such as waste tire, or a rubbery material containing fibrous material (e.g. nylon fiber) from which regenerated rubber cannot be collected (including the material containing 10-95wt% fibrous material), is used as a base. 100pts.wt. of the base is mixed with 1-12pts. of a latex, 1-10pts. of a softener and 0.1-1pt. of a vulcanizing agent, and the mixture is filled in a mold and molded under high temperature and pressure to obtain a rubbery mat having a density of 0.6-2.5g/cm<3>. The mat is resistant to tear and disintegration, has high softness and soundproofing performance, and has extremely high utility. |
