摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain the title polyester fiber by each using an aromatic polyester containing specific two components as a core component and an aromatic polyester containing a specific metal salt as a sheath component and subjecting the both components to conjugate spinning and then subjecting the spun yarn to alkali reduction treatment. CONSTITUTION:A core-sheath conjugate fiber obtained by each using an aromatic polyester containing 1-10wt.% polyoxyethylene polymer expressed by formula I (Z is residue of an organic compound having 1-6 active hydrogens and <=300 molecular weight; R<1> is >=6C alkylene; R<2> is H or 1-40C monovalent hydrocarbon, etc.; k is 1-6; kl is >=70; m is >=1) and having 5000-16000 molecular weight and 0.1-5wt.% organic metal salt as a core component and using an aromatic polyester containing 0.1-5wt.% inert fine particles (preferred example: inorganic fine particles of silica gel, etc.) having <=100mum average primary particle diameter as a sheath component and subjecting the both components to conjugate spinning is subjected to alkali reduction treatment so that area conjugate ratio of core/sheath may be 5/95-50/50 to provide the surface-coarsened silk-like antistatic polyester fiber having finely uneven surface. |
