<p>PURPOSE:To improve the extracting ability for the qualified information by providing a factor estimating part where the factor is specified for the wear of an equipment and an optional selecting part where the simultaneous accesses are given to only the specific knowledge and information received from a back-up information part. CONSTITUTION:When a conversation is over at a question-answer part 13, a factor estimating part 14 estimates the factor of the wear of an equipment based on the stored real data and shows the estimating result at an input/output part 4. A repair engineer has accesses to the specific knowledge and information contained in a repair method list provided at a back-up information part 7 through an optional selecting part 8 based on the command information given from the part 4. These access results are displayed in images at the part 4 as the concrete repair points. Then a worn area is actually repaired based on the repair points. In such a constitution, any general engineer can quickly and properly repair the wear of an equipment without using a long time for inspection and acquisition of the specific knowledge and information.</p> |
