PURPOSE:To improve the degree of completion of a part by molding a test model, in the same shape of a part for sealing with fluid, by using a clear resin material through utilization of a mold, and deciding the internal shape of a part based on confirmation of information of behavior of fluid with which the interior is filled. CONSTITUTION:Core blocks 1 and 2 are mounted in an openable vacuum chamber 10. The interior of the chamber 10 is then brought into a vacuum state and air in a cavity is discharged through a gas bleed hole 5. Thereafter, a cavity is filled with no gap with a clear resin material, on which defoaming treatment is applied, through a nozzle 11 for injection protruded in the chamber. Finally, the interior is heated for a specified time to mold a test model comprising half shell cases W1 and W2 in the same shape as that of a gear box. The interior of the test model is filled with fluid to confirm behavior of the fluid from the outside through vision, and based on confirmation of information, the internal shape of the part is decided. |
