PURPOSE:To prevent dimensional expansion/contraction of solid polyelectrolytic film resulting from a change in humidity by inserting a layer which is free from expansibility into the bodies of solid polyelectrolytic films. CONSTITUTION:A later 31 which is free from expansibility is inserted into the bodies of solid polyelectrolytic films 21, 22 which have ionic conductivity. The layer 31 which is free from expansibility is formed by using, for example, tetrafluoroethylene,etc., which is water repellent as monomer gas through the plasma polymerization process. The greater the thickness of the layer 31 is, the more an effect on prevention of a dimensional change in the solid polyelectrolytic films 21, 22 increases, but if the thickness of the layer 31 is too great, the property of the ionic conductivity, etc., of the solid polyelectrolytic films 21, 22 may be deteriorated. It is thereby possible to prevent a dimensional change in solid polyelectrolytic films 21, 22 even if humidity changes. |
