PURPOSE:To obtain a delay in unit of transistor by using a plurality of serially connected transistors and a signal selecting circuit to constitute the semiconductor integrated circuit device. CONSTITUTION:The present semiconductor integrated circuit device consists of transistors 2a-2c to which input terminal 1 is serially connected, a power supply terminal 3 connected to the gates of these transistors 2a-2c, a signal selecting circuit 4 to which a signal line extended from at least one of these transistors is input, a signal selection control terminal 5 to be connected to the signal selecting circuit 4, and an output terminal 6 to be connected to the signal selecting circuit 4. In such a way, a signal supplied to the input terminal 1 is delayed by serially connected transistors 2a-2c, and a signal having a predetermined delay value can be selected by the signal selecting circuit 4 that is controlled externally by the signal selection control terminal 5 can be outputted the output terminal 6. |
