A vehicle wheel formed from two discs 2, 2<SP>1</SP> having half-rims 1, 1<SP>1</SP> welded thereto and secured together by bolts passing through holes 4, 4<SP>1</SP> is provided with a sealing ring 8 which is so shaped that it can be mounted and remain mounted on one of the half-rims prior to and during assembly of the discs. The ring, which may be made of rubber, may initially have an H, L, T, or U-shaped cross-section, which may be symmetrical or asymmetrical.</p> |
