PURPOSE:To improve accuracy by press molding a green ceramic comprising ceramic particles, an organic binder and fine particles of glass at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:60-80wt.% ceramic particles having 5-10mum particle diameter is blended with 10-15wt.% organic binder and 10-30wt.% fine particles of glass having 5-10mum particle diameter and water, and molded under <=80% breaking load pressure to give a green ceramic. Then the green ceramic is dried, heated at a temperature to completely eliminate the binder for 3-6 hours, maintained for 2-5 hours, heated to a temperature to melt the fine particles of glass for 2-4 hours and the green ceramic in a heated state is pressed-molded under <=80% breaking load pressure and cooled. |
