PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance of information by registering attributes regarding an ID card in a data base according to a code stored on the ID card as a key, and reading the attributes by referring to the code on the ID card and comparing them with attributes set in the data base. CONSTITUTION:The attributes regarding the ID card are registered in the data base by using the code stored on the ID card as the key, and the attributes are read out by referring to the code of the ID card and compared with the attributes set in the data base. In a figure, a department field indicates departments that holders of ID cards belong to and while a person in a managerial position is indicated by '1', a person in charge is indicated by '0'; if ID cards which are registered like 00002 - 00005 as shown in the figure are used, next program execution is not performed. Only the person who has an ID card of 00001 can execute a next program. Consequently, the program which needs to be secret and protected can be executed. |
