PURPOSE:To raise temperature uniformly and quickly by inserting a plurality of gas nozzles into a composite material, blowing heated gas inert into the composite material through a gas nozzle and heating it. CONSTITUTION:A heating device 1 is provided with a cylindrical casing 2a and a gas exhaust pipe 2C is disposed on a cover 2b. A movable inner cylinder 3 is stored in the casing 2a and a gas feeding mechanism 4 is provided. A gas storage chamber 4A is provided in the gas feeding mechanism 4, and a plurality of hollow bar-shaped nozzles 5 with the ends sharped upwardly are protruded out of the gas storage chamber 4A through the end of the inner cylinder 3. A premolded body B is stored in the casing 2a and the cover 2b is closed, and heated inert gas is fed from a gas feeding pipe 4b into the gas storage chamber 4A, and the nozzles 5 are inserted into the premolded body B while heated gas is blown out of a gas jetting outlet 5a, and successively heated gas is fed continuously or intermittently. The premolded body B can be heated from inside uniformly and quickly by said arrangement. |
