<p>PURPOSE:To employ a single power supply operational amplifier and to decrease the frequency fluctuation against power supply voltage fluctuation by providing a bias capacitor supplying a discharge current to an output terminal through a noninverting input terminal when the output terminal is at a low level to the oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION:A voltage -Vi at an inverting input terminal rises by charging of a C1 through a resistor r2 through the inversion of an output voltage from a low level to a high level. On the other hand, a voltage +Vi at a noninverting input terminal rises through resistors r1, r2 to charge a bias capacitor C2. When the voltage -Vi exceeds a voltage +Vi, the voltage Vo decreases its level and the voltage -Vi decreases by the discharge through a diode D. Simultaneously, a voltage Vp at a node P is decreases through the capacitor C1 and further, the capacitor C2 is discharged through the resistors r1, r2, r3 and the voltage +Vi is more decreased. Just after the voltages -Vi, +Vi are equal to each other, the output voltage Vo is inverted to be a high level.</p> |
