<p>PURPOSE:To exactly perform tip control and rear end control of rolling material by providing a means for detecting material biting, means for setting speed reference of rolling roll, means for setting drawing-down reference and means for controlling rotational speed of rolling roll which is controlled based on other means. CONSTITUTION:The means 4 for detecting material biting of the rolling material 2, means 8 for setting speed reference of rolling roll and means 9 for setting speed reference switching timing of each rolling stand are provided. The means 12 for setting drawing-down basis of rolling roll of each rolling stand, means 14 for calculating deviation of material passing-through timing when a rolled stock is passed through each rolling stand and means 13 for calculating correction quantity are provided. The means 11 for calculating drawing-down basis of each rolling stand, means 7 for calculating speed reference of rolling roll of each rolling stand, means 10 for controlling drawing-down of each rolling stand and means 6 for controlling speed with which the rotational speed of rolling roll of each rolling stand is controlled based on corrected speed reference are provided. In this way, the tip control and rear end control of the rolling material can be performed as exactly as possible.</p> |
