PURPOSE:To attain power supply and transfer of a clock and a data with only two lines by forming a data output unit with a signal transmission section superimposing a 1st data signal onto a 1st clock signal and outputting the result and with a 1st comparator and forming a data measuring unit with 2nd and 3rd comparators and an amplitude limit circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transmission line consists of a GND line 34 and a data line 32, and a data output unit consists of a signal transmission section outputting a signal with an amplitude resulting from superimposing an amplitude of a 1st clock signal inputted externally and a 1st data signal inputted externally synchronously with the 1st clock signal and of a 1st comparator 40 demultiplexing the data signal. A data measuring unit consists of a 2nd comparator 12 demultiplexing the data signal, a 3rd comparator 14 demultiplexing the 1st clock signal and outputting externally a 2nd clock signal and an amplitude limit circuit clipping an amplitude of signals on the transmission line. Thus, only two lines are enough to implement transfer of data and clocks and power supply between the measuring unit and the output unit. |
