PURPOSE:To make it possible to fix dielectrics to electrodes without disturbing generation of ion by forming a dielectric layer by coating the electrodes with dielectric solution consisting of acrylonitride monosaccharide, polysaccharide, polymer of polysaccharide, or mixture of these. CONSTITUTION:Surfaces of first electrodes 2 and/or second electrodes 4 are coated with solution consisting of acrylonitride monosaccharide, polysaccharide, polymer of polysaccharide or mixture of these. A formed dielectric layer 3 is heated and activated so as to fix to other electrode or the dielectric layer 3 on other electrode. Thus, an ion generating device for dielectric recording having a plurality of first electrodes 2 formed on one face of the dielectric layer 3 extending to one direction and a plurality of second electrodes 4 formed on other face extending in the direction crossing the first electrodes 2 is manufactured. In this device, there is no adhesive between the electrodes and the dielectric layer, so that ion can be generated uniformly and efficiently without any disturbance. |
