PURPOSE:To obtain an aqueous solution maintaining stability of vitamin C for a long period of time, drinkable with a resisting feeling at all by adjusting an aqueous solution containing vitamin C, vitamin E and tea flavor to a specific pH range. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing 1% (weight/volume), preferably 1-4% vitamin C, >=0.04%, preferably 0.02-1% vitamin E and tea flavor (extracted solution for tea raw substance, or essence thereof or tea-like flavor) is adjusted to pH5-7 with an edible organic acid, inorganic acid or a salt thereof. |
