PURPOSE:To enable a stable movement supporting by protruding a cut opening edge partially so that a cut sectional part of bar is prevented from moving to the edge and being in contact therewith, and allowing it to retain the other parts except the cut sectional part. CONSTITUTION:When a front cover 6 is opened, a protruding part 19 goes out of a slit 20, and thereby it does not push a pushed part 14c, while the force of a spring 17 moves a connection rod 14 forwards and the part 14c abuts against the inner wall of a protection cover 18. Meanwhile, a rear end part 14a of the connection part 14 moves forwards, a lever 18 returns to the original condition, and a safety switch 15 is turned off. In the movement operation of the connection rod 14 in this case, a portion 14e which is not a cut face of the connection rod 14 is retained by a projecting part 11a2 of a cut opening edge 11a, and thus there is no fear that a cut face 14d of the connection rod 14 will come close to an opposite cut opening edge 11a1, so that no abutting for sliding on each other of the cut faces is prevented. The portion of the rod 14 to be liable to rub on is thereby moved smoothly. |
