<p>PURPOSE:To control a storage time of a stored data by each priority and an abort rate of an input data in details by storing the input data tentatively depending on priority of the data and reading the stored data depending on a content of a band management table. CONSTITUTION:An input data 100 with priority given thereto is fed to a distributer 10. When the data distributed from the distributer 10 and outputted depending on the priority is fed to a 1st buffer 20-1 to an n-th buffer 20-n by priority, each of the 1st buffer 20-1 the n-th buffer 20-n receiving the data stores the supplied data tentatively by a prescribed number. Then the data read sequentially from each of the 1st buffer 20-l to the n-th buffer 20-n according to a rate of read allocation numbers A1-An included in each of tables 41-1 to 41-n outputted from a band management table 40 is outputted as an output data 200 from a read control circuit 30. Thus, the control performance of the storage time of the stored data for each priority data and the abort rate of the input data is improved.</p> |
