PURPOSE:To enable self-traveling with the unexpected start of a vehicle being prevented by making engine starting with the actuation of a starter allowed when the engaging quantity of a clutch is a given value or less even if the non-neutral condition of a transmission is judged. CONSTITUTION:Turning force from an engine 1 is transmitted to wheels via a clutch 2 and a transmission 3. The connection/disconnection of the clutch 2 is controlled with a clutch actuator 21 via a release lever 22. The speed- changing operation of the transmission 3 is made with a transmission actuator 5. Moreover the clutch actuator 21, the transmission actuator 5, and a starter relay 71, etc., are controlled with a controller 10 based on signals from a starter switch 9 or a select switch 8, etc. In this case in the controller 10, control is made ao that a neutral signal is not inputted and the operation of a starter 7 is prohibited only when the engaging quantity of the clutch 2 is a given value or more. |
