A venetian blind with adjustable width, including a top frame, a bottom frame, multiple slats, s lifting/lowering pull cord, a slat rotating device and a rotating rod. wherein the top frame includes a main rail and a left and right rails which are formed by multiple tenon and mortise blocks which associate with one another, and the number of the tenon and mortise blocks can be increased or reduced to adjust the width of the blind, and the slat rotating device is secured in the main rail, while the bottom frame includes a main rod and a left and right rods which are also extensible and retractable relatively to the main rod for adjusting the length of the bottom frame corresponding to that of the top frame so that the width of the blind can be adjusted according to requirements.
