摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject simple material made at home by adding a seasoning, water and organic acids to a material consisting essentially of wheat flour, regulating the material to acidic conditions, adding vegetables thereto and housing the resultant dough in a container and other ingredients and an alkaline inflating agent therein so as not to contact the aforementioned dough. CONSTITUTION:A seasoning and water are added to a material consisting essentially of wheat flour and the resultant mixture is further regulated to pH 3.8-4.0 with organic acids such as malic acid. Sterilized and cut vegetables are then added thereto and the obtained dough is subsequently filled in a cup container. An inflating agent (mainly sodium hydrogencarbonate) is mixed with an addable ingredient material (e.g. dried lobster, raw egg, laver or sauce) and, together with other ingredient materials, housed in the container so as not to contact the above-mentioned dough. Thereby, the objective material is obtained.
