<p>PURPOSE:To transfer an information packet on a new packet transmission condition by searching the optimal value of the packet transmission condition, and transmitting the value to the other side by a priority request packet when the number of buffers already used during the transfer of the information packet doesn't reach the preliminarily decided utilization number. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a buffer utilization judging means 23 which judges whether or not the number of the already used buffers reaches the preliminarily decided utilization number at the time of transferring the information packet. And also, when the buffer utilization judging means 23 judges that the number of the already used buffers doesn't reach the preliminarily decided utilization number, a packet transmission condition preparing part 24 searches the optimal value of a window size being one of the packet transmission conditions, and a packet assembling and transmitting part 25 transmits the value to the other side by the priority request packet. Thus, the packet transmission condition decided in a calling setting sequence is changed according to the utilization level of the buffer during the transfer of the information packet.</p> |
