PURPOSE:To easily perform the confirmation of working status and monthly tabulation processing by recognizing entrance/leaving by a main body device when a person passes an entrance/leaving room gate, and recording entrance/ leaving time at every individual. CONSTITUTION:When an entrance/leaving room mode switch is set, the main body device recognizes the entrance/leaving when the person passes the entrance/leaving room gate, and entrance time and leaving time are recorded and registered at every individual on a control part 40. Those information are recorded in monthly unit similarly as a time card system, and tabulation processing is performed as the working time for individual. Also, display on display parts 100, 101,..., 102 are performed by putting on/off the lamp of an entrance/leaving display item column, and the working status of all managers can be easily confirmed. The output of the confirmation of the working status and the monthly tabulation processing can be obtained by outputting data recorded and collected individually in the control part 40 by the instruction of a control panel 50 from an output part 70 to a floppy disk, etc., as list output and the output of a recording medium. |
