PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a concave reflecting surface at the time of mounting the surface on a board by forming a protrusion so as to partly protrude from the lowest part of the surface when a lead is bent to a rear surface side. CONSTITUTION:A stopper (protrusion) 6 is formed on a protruding part from a light transmission material 4 of outer leads 42b, 42d. First, the leads 43b, 42d of an LED array are bent to a rear surface side at a predetermined position, as shown. A circuit pattern, and a hole 52 for inserting the leads 42b, 42d are previously formed at a board 50. The leads 42b, 42d are inserted to the hole 52, and pressed until the end of the stopper 6 is brought into contact with the board 50. Then, pawls of the leads 42b, 42d are cut, and connected to a circuit pattern by solder, etc. |
