PURPOSE:To perform enough cooling to the heat generating parts great in calorific value and improve cooling efficiency by guiding the coolant cooled by a heat exchanger to the heat radiating part with the fan member and a flow contyrol plate. CONSTITUTION:A sealed container 1 is filled up with coolant 3 being cooled by a heat exchanger 2, and a heat radiating part 5 great in calorific value, a part 6 medium in calorific value, and a part 7 small in calorific value are arranged at the center inside the sealed container 1, and the heat generating part 4 great in calorific value id fitted fast to the heat exchanger 2. When the heating parts 5-7 begin to heat, the coolant 3 around thase heat generating parts 5-7 is heated, and the upward current of the coolant 3 occurs. And it circulates the coolant 3 unidirectionally from inside the space surrounded by flow control plates 12 and 13 via a fun 9, a heat exchanger 2, a water path 15, and a fan 8 and again to the space surrounded by the flow control plates 12 and 13. Hereby, enough cooling of the heat radiating part great in calorific value, and the cooling efficiency can be improved. |
