PURPOSE:To make a low pass filter and a terminal for the low pass filter unnecessary by constituting the title device capable of extracting timing by inputting a data input signal and the delayed signal of the data input signal to a mixer. CONSTITUTION:The data input signal passes through a delaying function part (DEL) 10, and is delayed, and becomes DEL output, and is inputted to the input of one side of the mixer 4. This signal is inputted to a limiter 6, and is waveform-shaped into a square wave, and is outputted to timing output 7.
