A fluid injector (2) is connected to a fluid storing vessel (1), and a bag storing room (3) storing bags of synthetic resin is installed at a side of the fluid storing vessel (1). Electric heaters (8,8a) are installed closely with closing/opening plates (7,7a), and a sealing device (5) is installed movably to and from a sealing room (5a) by providing a rack (15) and a driving gear (16) . An intermittently revolving pad (17) is installed below a bag passing hole (6), and bag gripping plates (18,(18a) are uprightly installed. Further, silicon rollers (25)(25a) contact and depart to and from actuation bars (24,24a). With the apparatus, the sealing effect is reinforced.
