摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To abate the noise by a method wherein relief trenches of the bonding agent interposed in a gap between end surfaces of both iron cores are formed oppositely to the laminated surfaces of iron cores respectively inserted from both ends into the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part of a coil bobbin, i.e., the insertion part of the core. CONSTITUTION:The bonding agent 44 opposing to the laminated layer surface of the central leg core parts 34 of the iron cores 28, 28 respectively inserted from both ends of the iron core insertion parts 32 of a coil bobbin 30 is spread out of the end surface by relief trenches 36 while the other bonding agent 44 interposed in a gap 43 between the end surfaces of the central leg part 34 of both iron cores 28, 28 is spread outward by the end surface pressure of the central leg core part 34 partly led into the upper and lower part of the leg core part 34 simultaneously along both sides relief trenches 36. At this time, a recessing past 38 is internally formed continuously to the trenches 36 on the outer surface of both flange parts 37, 37 of the cylindrical part 33 of the coil bobbin 30 so that the bonding agent 44 may be led not only into the central leg core part 34 of the iron cores 28, 28 but also into the part from the base of the leg core part 34 to the part between the coils 27 and the side leg core parts 42. Through these procedures, the vibration between the laminated layers of iron cores 28 is restrained to abate the noise.</p>
