The device of ATC using a roller gear cam (1), mechanically controls an unclamping device in order to shorten tool change time and prevent mis-operation from delay of response time. The device comprises first link section (4) linearly moving in contact with a rotating plate cam (3) fixed at input shaft (2) of the cam (1); second link section (5), connected with the section (4), for transforming vertical linear motion to left/right rotation and linear motion; third link section (7), pivoting at central rotary shaft (6), for transmitting rotation of the section (5) to the main spindle; forth link section (8) for converting rotation of the section (7) to linear motion repeatedly.
