PURPOSE:To easily bend the upper side of a fin in small number of steps by providing a collapsible part which is to be collapsed when the upper side of the fin is bent, from the other end to a connector except the connector at lateral one end at the fin. CONSTITUTION:When many fins 2 are laminated, a refrigerant tube 3 is inserted perpendicularly to the fins 2, and the ends of the tubes 2 are connected to U-shaped connection tube 11. Then, the upper side 2a of the fin 2 is pressed in a direction of an arrow A. A collapsible part 6 formed at the fin 2 is collapsed to bent the upper side 2a to the lower side 2b while deforming a connector 9 for connecting the upper side 2a to the lower side 2b. Then, refrigerant tubes 3 of the upper and lower sides 2a, 2b are connected by a connection tube 11a to form a heat exchanger 1 in which the upper side 2a of the fin 2 is bend to the lower side 2b. Thus, if the part 6 to be collapsed by applying a predetermined pressing force to the fin 2 is formed, when the upper side 2a of the fin 2 is bent, the fin 2 is not necessarily cut, and hence the exchanger 1 can be easily associated in small number of steps. |
