PURPOSE:To detect only a pure angle of inclination without detecting horizontal acceleration and vertical acceleration by turning an rigid rod in a vertical direction so as to set acceleration output to zero. CONSTITUTION:When a main body 1 is inclined at an angle phi, the acceleration of a rigid rod 3 in a rotary direction is calculated according to formula alpha=beta(t) cistheta-(g+alpha(t)sintheta) [wherein alpha(t) is vertical acceleration, beta(t) is horizontal acceleration, g is acceleration of gravity, theta is a minute displacement angle and alphais acceleration output]. Therefore, by inputting the output 5a from a control part 5 to a motor 6 so that the acceleration output becomes zero, the motor 6 is rotated to make it possible to turn the rigid rod 3 in a vertical direction and, by detecting the angle of rotation of a motor shaft 6a at this time by an angle detector 11, only a pure angle 11a of inclination can be detected. |
