<p>A pref. version of the cleaning process involves a powder-form active medium with a particle size of 45 micrometres supported by a core of silicon dioxide coated with a first layer of prepd. titanium dioxide and a second layer of vanadium pentoxide and tungsten trioxide. reckoned on the total wt., the powder contains 74.9 % SiO2, 20% V2O5, 4.5% TiO2, and 0.6% WO3. A gas current contg. tetra chloro-pentachloro- heptachloro-octachloro-dibenzodioxins and dibenzofurans is conducted through a stocking filter coated with the powder during a period of three hours, with the ingoing and outgoing gas analysed.</p> |
