PURPOSE:To improve an operating efficiency by providing upper and lower cushion materials to be inserted between press hot boards and a mold, and a fixture for fixing the upper cushion material on at least the upper press board of the boards. CONSTITUTION:A cushion unit 5 made of a steel plate 3 and an upper cushion material 4 is mounted on the lower surface of an upper press hot board 1 with a plurality of fittings 6. On the other hand, a pedestal oscillating unit 10 made of a carrier plate 7, a lower cushion material 8 and a mold 9 is placed on a lower press hot board 2. A laminated base material 11 to be press-formed is placed on the unit 10, and a mold 12 is further placed on the material 11. Accordingly, since at least the material 4 is fixed to the board 1 by fittings, the material 11 can be repeatedly used. Thus, since the upper material 4 is not necessary to be laid at each time, its operating efficiency can be improved. |
