PURPOSE:To make it possible to collect simply a blood plasma component from a blood donor without specified machine and apparatus by using an air storing bag which is variable in vol. and consists of a flexible material as an air bubble remover. CONSTITUTION:A blood sampling needle 1 is made at a low position by closing clamps (i) and (j) and opening clamps (h) and (k) and, after an anticoagulant fed in advance in a bag 5 is primed to the apex of a blood sampling needle 1, the clamp (h) is closed. Then the blood sampling needle 1 is pierced into a brachial vein of a blood donor and blood sampling in a blood storing bag 5 is performed by opening the clamp (h) to mix it with the anticoagulant in the blood storing bag 5. Then, by closing a roller clamp (h) and opening the clamp (i), the anticoagulated blood is made to flow by the head. In this instance, an air storing bag 7 is expanded and the blood flows thereinto. By closing the clamp (k) and opening the clamps (h) and (j) and adjusting the position of the blood storing bag 5, blood returning is performed. Air in the blood returning line is caught and stored by replacing it with the blood in the air storing bag 7, and a blood plasma component separated in a membrane type blood plasma separator 4 is collected in a blood plasma sampling bag 2 and the blood concentrated with blood cells is returned to the blood donor. |
